1. Who is IQ Chart?
IQ Chart has offered charting software to individual investors since 1997. We have thousands of subscribers, and have been reviewed by most major publications covering this type of software, including Barrons, Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities and Forbes.com. IQ Chart is a solely owned subsidiary of InfoSpace Inc. Traded on NASDAQ: INSP

2. How do I get started?
All you need to do is fill out our registration form, where you will select a username for tracking your referrals and submit information for us to pay out referral fees.

Upon signing up, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration supplying your username and instructions for referring subscribers.

3. I live outside the USA. Can I participate?
Yes you can! We have associates from many areas of the world, including Canada and Europe. Just fill out the registration form as completely as possible.

4. How do I get people to sign-up for IQ Chart?
In order to get credit for a referral, users need to click on a specific URL. Here it is:
http://www.iqchart.com/iqchart/default.asp?r=YOUR_USERNAME

You'll get credit for a referral any way you use this URL, including linking from an image, hyperlink or just cutting & pasting.

5. What sort of communication will IQ Chart send me?
IQ Chart handles its associates program internally, and does not outsource this service to a 3rd party. You will only receive monthly statements from the IQ Chart Associates Program and occasional notices of added features or policy changes. You will not be on a 3rd party affiliate mailing list.

6. How and when am I paid?
As of November 15th, 2002 checks are sent out monthly and are sent out 30-45 days after the end of each month. For example, January referrals would generally be paid between February 28th and March 15th.
